Privacy notice.
How we use account, payment-access and learning-progress information when you use Road Sign Mastery.
Last updated: 3 September 20261. Who we are
This privacy notice explains how the trader operating under the Learn2Drive name uses personal information in connection with Road Sign Mastery and the Learn2Drive learner portal.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the service, we may process:
- your first name and email address;
- your learner-account identifier and authentication/session information;
- product access and purchase-entitlement records;
- road-sign learning progress, quiz results, mistakes, mastery status and challenge progress;
- limited browser or device information generated when the service is used;
- messages you send to customer support.
Authentication is provided through Supabase. We do not receive your plain-text password. Payments are processed by Stripe; Learn2Drive does not receive or store your full payment-card details.
3. Why we use your information
We use personal information to create and secure your account, provide purchased digital content, save learning progress, confirm product access, process and reconcile payments, answer support requests, prevent misuse and maintain the service.
Lawful bases
- Contract: where processing is needed to create your account, provide Road Sign Mastery and manage your purchase.
- Legal obligation: where information must be retained for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention or other legal requirements.
- Legitimate interests: for proportionate security, service reliability, support and product improvement where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
- Consent: if we introduce optional marketing or other processing that requires consent. We do not currently use your learner account to send marketing emails unless you separately agree.
4. Who we share information with
We use service providers that are necessary to operate Road Sign Mastery. These currently include Supabase for account authentication and application data, and Stripe for payment processing. Hosting and technical providers may also process limited technical information needed to deliver the website.
We do not sell learner personal data to advertisers.
Where a service provider processes information outside the UK, we rely on the safeguards and transfer mechanisms required by applicable data-protection law and the provider’s contractual arrangements.
5. How long we keep information
Account and learning-progress information is kept while your account remains active and for as long as reasonably needed to provide the product, resolve disputes, maintain security and meet legal obligations. Payment and transaction records may be retained for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law.
When information is no longer required, we will delete or anonymise it where reasonably practicable.
6. Browser storage and cookies
Road Sign Mastery uses browser storage for functions such as keeping a session working, remembering progress locally, storing challenge statistics and preserving interface preferences. These functions are used to provide the service you request.
At the date of this notice, the site does not intentionally use advertising or behavioural-analytics cookies. If non-essential cookies or similar technologies are introduced later, the notice and consent controls will be updated before they are used where consent is required.
7. Your data-protection rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to ask for access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or data portability, and to withdraw consent where consent is the lawful basis.
To exercise a right, contact [ADD SUPPORT EMAIL]. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
If you are unhappy with how your information is handled, you can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
8. Security and changes to this notice
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect account and learning data. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
We may update this notice when the service, providers or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published here with an updated date.
