1. About these terms

These terms apply when you create a Learn2Drive learner account, activate a code from a physical pack, or buy and use a Learn2Drive Theory Pass. By purchasing a pass or a physical pack, you enter into a contract with the trader identified below.

If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

2. The learning pass

The Learn2Drive Theory Pass provides one-account access to the available Highway Code Course, Road Signs and Theory Questions learning areas. Hazard Perception and full mock tests are marked coming soon and are not yet available; they will be added to existing pass holders' accounts at no extra cost when released. No release date is promised.

Learn2Drive Theory is not the official DVSA theory test and is not affiliated with or endorsed by DVSA. Using the pass does not guarantee a theory-test pass or any particular test result.

3. Price, payment and access

The price of an online pass or a physical pack is shown before purchase. The pass is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and has no scheduled expiry while the learner account remains active, subject to these terms and service availability.

Online payments are processed by Stripe. The pass is linked to the learner account used for checkout after a successful payment. A physical pack contains one activation code, which can be redeemed once on one learner account. Keep the code secure and contact support if it is missing or damaged.

Earlier individual purchases and their saved learning progress remain linked to the accounts that bought them.

4. Your account

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your password secure and using purchased products only through your own account. Do not sell, transfer, share or commercially redistribute account access.

If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact support promptly.

5. Permitted use

You may use purchased Learn2Drive Theory products for your own learning and revision. You must not copy or reproduce substantial parts of a product for resale, systematically scrape question banks or content, bypass access controls, interfere with the service or use the service unlawfully.

Traffic-sign images that originate from Crown/public-sector sources remain subject to their applicable Crown copyright and Open Government Licence terms. Learn2Drive’s original layouts, wording, software, question arrangements and other original material remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.

6. Updates and improvements

Learn2Drive Theory products are online digital products and may be improved after purchase. We may correct errors, edit questions or explanations, change layouts, add or change quiz styles, improve compatibility and update revision content.

We will not use this clause to avoid our legal obligation to supply digital content that matches its description and is of satisfactory quality. If a change materially affects a consumer’s legal rights, those rights remain available.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the service available, but temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates, hosting issues or events outside our reasonable control. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security or misuse investigations.

8. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund rights depend on what you purchased, how you purchased it, and whether digital access has started. Physical packs and digital-only passes may be treated differently. Contact us through the Support page if you wish to cancel, return a physical pack, or report a problem with a code or digital content.

If you believe you have been charged twice or an incorrect amount has been taken, contact support so the payment can be investigated. Include your account email, what you purchased and your approximate purchase date. Do not send card numbers or passwords.

Nothing in these terms limits or removes statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any consumer rights that cannot be excluded.

Learn2Drive Theory products are revision aids. Learners remain responsible for checking current official rules and preparing for their own test. The products are not professional legal or driving-test advice.

10. Ending access

We may restrict or terminate access if an account is used fraudulently, is deliberately shared or resold, attacks the service, or materially breaches these terms. Where appropriate, we will take reasonable steps to contact the account holder first.

You may ask for your account to be closed by contacting support. Closing an account may result in loss of saved learning progress.

11. Changes, complaints and law

We may update these terms where reasonably necessary, for example to reflect product improvements or legal changes. Material changes will apply prospectively and will not remove accrued statutory rights.
