The rules that apply to your learner account, purchase and use of Road Sign Mastery.

These terms apply when you create a Learn2Drive learner account or buy and use Road Sign Mastery. By purchasing the product, you enter into a contract with the trader identified below.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
2. Road Sign Mastery
Road Sign Mastery is an independent online revision product focused on UK road signs. It currently includes flash cards, road-sign explanations, quizzes, personalised revision features, a 50 Sign Challenge and cloud-saved progress.
It is not the official DVSA theory test and is not affiliated with or endorsed by DVSA. Using the product does not guarantee a theory-test pass or any particular test result.
3. Price, payment and access
The current advertised price is £4.99 as a one-time payment for Road Sign Mastery unless a valid promotion changes the checkout price. The final price is shown before payment.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Access is normally linked automatically to the learner account used for checkout after a successful payment.
Your purchase is for personal access to the Road Sign Mastery product. It is not a subscription unless the checkout page clearly says otherwise.
4. Your account
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your password secure and using the product only through your own account. Do not sell, transfer, share or commercially redistribute account access.
If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact support promptly.
5. Permitted use
You may use Road Sign Mastery for your own learning and revision. You must not copy or reproduce substantial parts of the product for resale, systematically scrape the question bank, bypass access controls, interfere with the service or use the product unlawfully.
Traffic-sign images that originate from Crown/public-sector sources remain subject to their applicable Crown copyright and Open Government Licence terms. Learn2Drive’s original layouts, wording, software, question arrangements and other original material remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.
6. Updates and improvements
Road Sign Mastery is an online product and may be improved after purchase. We may correct errors, add or change questions, change layouts, add new quiz styles, improve compatibility and update road-sign content.
We will not use this clause to avoid our legal obligation to supply digital content that matches its description and is of satisfactory quality. If a change materially affects a consumer’s legal rights, those rights remain available.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the service available, but temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates, hosting issues or events outside our reasonable control. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security or misuse investigations.
8. Cancellations and refunds
Road Sign Mastery is digital content supplied online and access is normally made available shortly after successful payment.
Current launch position: because the current checkout does not yet ask customers to expressly consent to immediate digital supply and acknowledge the loss of the 14-day cancellation right, Learn2Drive will accept eligible cancellation requests made within 14 days of purchase and refund the amount paid to the original payment method.
If the checkout is changed in future so that a customer expressly requests immediate access and acknowledges that the cancellation right will be lost once digital supply begins, the cancellation policy may be updated for purchases made after that change. Any later change will not retrospectively remove rights attached to an earlier purchase.
The change-of-mind cancellation policy is separate from your statutory rights. If Road Sign Mastery is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not conform to applicable consumer-law requirements, you may have rights to a repair or replacement and, where the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time or without significant inconvenience, an appropriate price reduction or refund may be available.
If you believe you have been charged twice or an incorrect amount has been taken, contact support so the payment can be investigated.
To request a cancellation or refund, use the contact details on the Support page and include the email address used for your Learn2Drive account and your approximate purchase date. Do not send card numbers or passwords.
Nothing in these terms limits or removes statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any consumer rights that cannot be excluded.
Road Sign Mastery is a revision aid. Learners remain responsible for checking current official rules and preparing for their own test. The product is not professional legal or driving-test advice.
10. Ending access
We may restrict or terminate access if an account is used fraudulently, is deliberately shared or resold, attacks the service, or materially breaches these terms. Where appropriate, we will take reasonable steps to contact the account holder first.
You may ask for your account to be closed by contacting support. Closing an account may result in loss of saved learning progress.
11. Changes, complaints and law
We may update these terms where reasonably necessary, for example to reflect product improvements or legal changes. Material changes will apply prospectively and will not remove accrued statutory rights.
